How does refund works?

We have two refund options: credits to your Evino account, for a new purchase (with no expiration date), and refund in the original form of payment. In this case, if the purchase was paid by credit card, the amount is refunded, and if the payment was made by bank slip, we make the deposit into the account.

Remembering that the return is made after we receive the products at our distribution center.
