To exchange or return products, just talk to us at customer service via chat, email or phone so we can help you! We are open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and for the email channel, Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 21:00.
It is also important to know that:
- To make a return, the item must be unopened and unsealed. The original packaging must also be kept for safe transportation. If it has been discarded, it must be replaced with another suitable for transport.
- Returns due to regret must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- If the product is out of order or damaged, contact us using the contact form, citing the items to be returned and describing the reason with as much information as you can.
